Holiday Shipping FAQ
All Hanson.net orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
If you have received a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking ID, please visit www.usps.com to track your package.
If you have not received a shipment confirmation email, then your package has not shipped yet.
Due to the holidays, Customer Service will not be available between December 21st and December 28th.
All inquiries will be answered in the order they were received when the office re-opens on December 28th.
