lol tay is the talker i agree on that, he really likes to talk alot , i have met them a few times and hes very sweet and gentle and yes it depends on which setting you meet him if its in a walk his eyes will always wander around when talking to you but if its in a more personal set like a meet and greet he will not break eye contact , it made me so nervous lol i have many anecdotes about him but ill share one

he was outside the venue after the concert going around like getting prepare to leave and fans stoped him to take pics , he took a few and i said to him (we had talk that same day during the walk about me being from Puerto Rico) "i would really like a picture with you before i go back to Puerto Rico" he said sure thing , it started raining but he stood there by my side until the pic was taken , a while after i was just walking besides the tour bus and he was walking besides me ready to go in and he said to me "thanx for comming all the way from Puerto Rico, did we took the pic you wanted?" i was like yeah we did thanx , he was like sure no problem i hope to see you soon. 

best tay moment ever for me , what ya think?
