QUOTE: kdras716Time is already flying. Tomorrow I'll be 8 weeks! Weird. I'm almost 13 weeks and it's still really weird to me! I can't quite grasp the concept of a little person growing inside me... |

Personally, I thought his set was not so great. I didn't think it was a good match. |

QUOTE: coriboboriQUOTE: NeilfanQUOTE: coriboboriI've sat without being bothered, so I think you're fine. I'm actually happy with them playing at The Depot. It's one of my favorite venues. It's intimate, but one of the larger general admission places so there's space to move. It's much better than the small stage @ In The Venue (formerly Bricks) where they played last time. I think general admission is good for a Hanson show -- it encourages dancing and being a part of the concert rather than just observing the concert. I just hope there aren't hecklers constantly requesting MMMBop this time. That drove me crazy last time they were in Salt Lake. And since they only come here once in a blue moon, it's extra important to have a good concert experience! ;) You can have just as much fun, can dance etc. in seated concerts too. At those I'm always standing up during the rocking/dance/up beat songs of whatever artist I'm seeing... dancing in front of my seat, clapping, hooting etc.
I don't think having no choice but to stand up the whole time, being scrunched and/or pushed and shoved is fun. Of course that tapered off toward the 2nd half of Hanson's concert last time here at Bricks, but by then the damage to my enjoyment had been done.
Are fans requesting a song really "hecklers"? I always thought a heckler was someone shouting rude comments. What I remember from the 2003 Utah Hanson concert were lots of people shouting for them to sing their cover of "Dirty" or whatever that song was by some female star which was popular at the time (I admit I was one of them).
Don't they normally include "MmmBop!" as part of the regular set list these days anyhow? If not, that would be quite odd. Most popular singers are known for a certain song and singing it at every concert is just expected. It would be like Garth Brooks not singing "Friends in Low Places" or Celine Dion not doing "My Heart Will Go On". Oh, no. Fans requesting a song definitely aren't hecklers! But these were two guys standing right in front of me who admitted they were just trying to crash the concert. They left about halfway through the show. I totally remember that! I kind of assumed that's why it's taken them this long to come back because that crowd was horrible. |

QUOTE: LinziGenavieveI have never been to one of thier concerts before and I just had some questions. First off, when do you usually find out about the walk, if they have one? and two, what do you do if you do bring your camera? My camera is pretty much attatched to my arm and I live 3 hours away from the venue. This will be my first time away from all of my kids for the whole day to spend with my sister and my best friend. There's no way I can leave it at home and I wont be driving all the way there so I can't just leave it in my car. Any suggestions would be really appreciated! Where are you coming from to go to the show? |

I was REALLY REALLY hoping to get one, but didn't. I haven't heard of too many people that have though. |
