My husband was in the Army for 7 years. He just got out in June and is doing a year in the Reserves now to finish out his 8 year contract. He did 2 tours in Iraq, but I think we military wives know with (or without) deployment there are always the other absences!!! A weekend here, 2 weeks there, a month across the country for training... lol. We were stationed in Germany for 2 years and Fort Stewart, GA the rest of it. We made a lot of memories though.
