HEY. I am a CRAZY BEAUTIFUL girl named LULLA BELLE. I'm usually pretty OPTIMISTIC, but some say I'm OUT OF MY HEAD. I don't know why some people say that, but maybe it's because, MORE THAN ANYTHING, I just love to SMILE.

Once I was down in GEORGIA. Now I’d never BEEN THERE BEFORE, but it was quite a trip. BELIEVE it or not I met a MAN FROM MILWAUKEE. Turns out he was in town visiting his grandma LUCY. YOU NEVER KNOW who you'll run into WHEN YOU'RE GONE. Let me tell you my story...

Let's see, WHERE DID IT START? Oh, yes. I see a boy standing next to me and suddenly my whole WORLD'S ON FIRE. He is just SO LOVELY, his beautiful eyes DEEPER than a RIVER. I want to say, "LOOK AT YOU. If you wanna call me next time I'm IN THE CITY, I WILL COME TO YOU, baby, you can be SURE ABOUT IT." IF ONLY I am that bold. No, instead I'm SPEECHLESS. Lucky for me he smiles and says, "I CAN'T STOP THINKING Of YOU, gorgeous. I don't even know you and already You've GOT A HOLD ON ME. Do you know how long I've been WAITING FOR THIS? How about we take a WALK?" I nod, and HAND IN HAND, we go DOWN town to a little restaurant called MADELINE's. There he tells me STORIES and even shows me some PICTURES of his puppy, named MADELINE. Then things get WEIRD.

All of a sudden, he stands up and says he has A SONG TO SING and boy, does he. He belts out a LOVE SONG right there in the restaurant. All I want to do was GET UP AND GO but he won't let me RUNAWAY RUN that easy. "Don't GO," he sings, "you have to listen to EVERY WORD I SAY." And I do, wishing this is a dream I could WAKE UP from. "I'm WITH YOU IN YOUR DREAMS," he sings, reading my mind and scaring the heck out of me. He says a lot more. I begin to look for an exit. "If I could just get A MINUTE WITHOUT YOU, then maybe I could sneak away," I think. When will the end come?! "I HOPE IT COMES SOON," I pray to myself, but it doesn't.

After the song, he leads me outside UNDERNEATH a BLUE SKY. It would have been a perfect YEARBOOK photo op if I was with anyone else. "Ah I just love DANCING IN THE WIND," he says and so that's what we do. Dance until TWO TEARS fall from my eyes. That's right I CRIED. Does he notice? No. He laughs and says, "I'm never going to LET YOU GO. AS SURELY AS THE SUN, I am wrapped up in YOUR ILLUSION forever." And then I knew no one would SAVE ME from this MISERY.

I TAKE MY TIME to pull free from his grasp. Then I run as fast as I can. That man turns into a RUNNING MAN, chasing me all the way to BREAKTOWN. But I'm not STRONG ENOUGH TO BREAK. No, I'm not ready to break at all, so I turn around and MMMBOP on his face. He tries to say something so I MMMBOP him ONE MORE time. I ALMOST CARE that I had to hurt him. Almost.

Now, if I'm EVER LONELY, I just remember that crazy SOMEONE. THIS TIME AROUND, I take MY OWN SWEET TIME to get to know a guy before I'm all "I'll FOLLOW YOUR LEAD, baby." I used to love to SMILE to everyone, but THE DAY HAS COME where I have learned to protect myself with THESE WALLS around my heart. yep, good girls like me can't let the boys USE ME UP because they might NEVER LET GO. IN A WAY, I learned the UGLY TRUTH about the world of dating that day.

I feel like A CHANGE IN MY LIFE has come. Now ALL I HAVE TO GIVE is good advice and a little prayer. As I LAY ME DOWN every night, I ask god to WATCH OVER ME and watch over all the innocent DREAM GIRLs out there who just want to MAKE IT OUT ALIVE. IN A WAY, I’m glad I had this experience, because at least it’s an INCREDIBLE story to tell. ;)
