| Best Moment | Going to Germany in 2004. Hands down. Experiencing that was beyond amazing. It was such an amazing trip filled with priceless memories. I fell in love with the culture, the food, everything. I wanted to pick up everything I had and move it there! I loved the bakeries and the little shops. My favorite city was Berlin and seeing the Lipstick Kirche. I think I only came back because I knew I had two Hanson concerts waiting for me LOL I also loved taking the walk in April 2008. It was beyond amazing and I'm very very happy it didn't rain! I just didnt like stepping in that mud with my bare foot. squishy squish. Missing a week of work afterwards bc of the cold weather & me getting sick? WORTH IT! LOL The walk in September 2008 was also amazing. It was a lot bigger than back in April & we needed a lot more campus space when we stopped which totally rocked! Another experience was in church when we had to let go of our hardest moments. The leader divided up a line and then read off moments like "divorce" or "suicide".You crossed the line if any of those have affected your life. It was one of the hardest things to do and a lot of tears were shed. Stories were shared. Confessions were confessed. It was a very moving experience. We learned how to let go of our burdens and give them up to the Lord. A night I won't forget. |
