I am looking to go to the members event in tulsa and I want to bring a friend. If they sign up now for a membership will they still be able to attend?

As long as they sign up between now and about May 1st (no exact date yet), they'll be able to RSVP.

do both people have to be fan club members?

Anyone wishing to attend needs to have their own Hnet membership and RSVP.

Keep an eye out on the news because if it gets close to being full, they'll usually post a news bulletin to let people know!

I wouldn't wait a few weeks though. You can always sign up, and if something happens and you can't go, you can email someone and they'll take your name off the list. Better safe then sorry!

At this point, there is still room left at the MOE. We will anounce when we are getting close to capacity.

Is there a rough schedule of the "weekend activities?"  It sounds like they might be planning something for Saturday, too.  Or am I reading that wrong?

They haven't announced what the "weekend activities" will be yet. They're still deciding them, so be sure to keep an eye out!

Do you know , if they have Merch at the Moe? If yes will we get a list closer to the Event?

Yes they do sell merch at MOE, and sometimes they do release an idea of what to expect closer to the event itself (a lot of the times they release some new things or have members event only merch available).

UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO TO THE MEMBER'S EVENT BECAUSE OF WORK AND COLLEGE (I LIVE IN BRAZIL)...OH WELL, YOU HAVE FUN FOR ME, AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT ALL GOES.......JUST ONE RANDOM QUESTION, I JOINED ON NOVEMBER 2011, I GOT LAST YEARS MEMBERSHIP KIT RIGHT AFTER...WILL I ALSO GET THIS YEARS MEMBERSHIP KIT, OR WILL I GET IT ONLY WHEN I RENEW IT IN NOVEMBER AGAIN? HOT DOES THAT WORK?

I RSVP'ed already, but I am really torn about going.  This is my first year being a member (Fanson since 1997), but this event falls on Mother’s Day.  I have 2 little ones (4yrs and 6yrs).  I live in STL so it’s about a 6 hour drive, so pending on the time of the event on Sunday I might be able to drive home and spend some time with my babies.  Oh Hanson, why do you make me choose?... I want both! Ok, sorry for my thoughts aloud, it was something I just realized.   xoxo

You'll need to renew to get the '12 kit.  You can renew at anytime.

Same here!  I am also torn about how to spend that day, especially since I have to do quite a bit of traveling to get there.  But this is my first year as a Member, and I'd like to take advantage of it!  My tentative plan is to move Mothers Day to either the weekend before or after if the MOE date doesn't change.

But in the future, it'd be nice not to schedule a MOE on a holiday.
