Hanson inspired naming of my CD!

And so continues the evolution of the CD title. In fact, I considered calling it evolution. It started as "Chipped Cedar", the first two words from "Where Do You Run To?". Then, when it looked like Hermione's Secret was going to take off it became "Phoenix Tear" and then it was "Seize The Day", as in Carpe Diem, but I think it will be "Drop In The Ocean". It means a lot: the amount of songs on the album represents 0,84% of the songs I have written in 25 years (a literal drop in the ocean), the topics covered represent a drop in the ocean of all of human consciousness, etc.

I really liked the title. I think It gives us the impression that we can wait for more songs to come. :)

The news just keeps getting better and better! Up until this morning, I had two places to record, but now a third has come up in the form of a full day's recording at a professional studio: either eight hours of recording, or four hours of recording and four hours of mixing. I thin the second option might be better, because then the songs will be in their final form. (I'm so excited!)

thanks Carrie. I'll do better than that. I'm going to find some way to get it to you guys. I'm already intending to post it to 3CG... more to follow... by the way, I'd love to hear your stuff if it's possible. PS. I'm very happy that my stuff at the moment sounds like the stuff off the "Stand Up Stand Up" EP; ok, maybe slightly more mellow
