So I guess I've been on a posting spree lately lol, but I have a lot of time on my hands. So like the question says what are some things that make you happy, smile, or feel good? It doesn't have to be all three.It can be any one of those choices and you can say as much as you want. It could be a mixture of all of those. Nothing dirty please even though most of us are adults.

To name a few things that make me happy/smile/feel good:

I love spending time with friends they always know how to make me laugh and not be so reserved. 

Compliments: Who doesn't like them? helps with the self esteem.

Helping others: It makes me feel really good knowing I can do something for someone else. 

I know there is more but that's all I can think of right now. 

definitely Hansons music for ALWAYS .  sometimes only Mmmbop can rise me from a depressed Suiptor (mood ).   that's  from an Old 97 music critic .  and food and shopping -eating and buying stuff perks me up .

One of the things that really makes me feel happy is listening to music, and, of course, especially Hanson.

I also feel happy when I'm able to help people. So I can say that if I can make someone happy I feel the same way, too.

My kitty for sure. Especially when he jumps on my lap and because I am so tired, we fall asleep like that.

Music and getting massages and pedicures and really just anything relaxing like that! lol

Mm. Well, friends and loved ones who I relate to the most are always amazing to make me feel good. But also, Music, Painting, and exercising are probably my top 3 non-people things that make me feel incredible. Especially exercise. I have to say that food makes me happy too (or i wouldn't be so overweight) but only in a really temporary, failure kinda way.

(also, don't feel too weird about posting a lot.. I think people go through cycles on here. In the last couple of weeks I've stopped posting almost entirely, and before that I was posting like crazy, too. :)

lol thanks. I do want to post more and feel like I'm being an active member it's just a lot of the times I have no idea what to talk about and then today it was like " I think I'm going to post this today and blah blah" Sometimes I just have no clue what to say so either I don't make a new thread or I post in something I find interesting.

I really really gotta say Hanson lol. If its anything that makes me happy its defiatly Hanson and Supernatural... two things I love most =P

- music
- coffee shops. I love the community feeling, plus coffee is good too!
- hanging out with my friends. They make me laugh and I make them laugh.
- sweating after a good work out. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.
- helping other people, which is usually by lending a listening ear. I love listening to people.

Music is one, I don't know why it's just always been something I turned to when I have a bad day, it calms me.

Then helping others friends, family ect.

taking pictures I know that sounds weird but there is just something about taking pictures of beautiful surroundings that makes me smile.

That doesn't sound weird to me at all! I did so today.

That doesn't sound weird at all to me either. I've been wanting to use my camera more. I don't want it's only purpose to be for concerts.
