I'm sorry, but does anyone else think it is epic?

Nope. And the sad thing is, I used to somewhat like that song. All her songs are catchy. She's a little too pretentious for my tastes. You can be one of a kind and not be obnoxious.....a lesson she hasn't learned yet.

telephone is my JAM! but the main problem i had with the video is that it kept stopping the song so they could include all the dialogue and stuff. it like ruined the build up of the song for me

I LOVE Gaga but I'm not sure about what I think about the video. She just keeps getting weirder and weirder lol but that's expected bc it's her. BUT I will say one thing that I like about Telephone vid is this one part that says once a mirror is cracked, you can put it back together but you'll always see the cracks. It says so much.

She's so out there and I absolutely adore it. It's so much better than being like a Britney Spears wannabe. Once you kill the cow you gotta make a burger.

This could've been such a typical video too. Gaga up in a club, ect ect. But to take the song and turn it into that? To quote Perez Hilton - AMAZEBALLS!

i'm actually listening to the song now haha. i LOVE the song. her music started to really grow on me and i bought some more songs from her. as far as the video-i'm not crazy about it and i hate how the song keeps stopping too. her and beyonce make a good team tho. i agree-lady gaga gets weirder and weirder haha

there is a shorter edited version of the video...which i kinda like better than the long one. ohh and tyrese coughing 99930028421313 times was annoying!! lol i was like shut up and play the song! haha

i like the song but not the video...

i don't know what to think. i love the colors in the video, and i love her smoking-cigarette-sunglasses...but at the same time, michael jackson did the same thing years ago. he created "short videos" to go along with his songs. so i don't think of lady gaga's vid as anything particularly new.

the other thing that bothered me was i didn't totally follow the storyline. so beyonce breaks gaga out of jail, and then they both go to a diner where gaga magically gets hired as a cook (i could see her sneaking into the restaurant and poisoning the syrup while the cook's back was turned, but how is it that she gets hired right out of jail?)...and i thought at first they would just kill tyrese, but then they end up killing everyone in the restaurant? what's their motivation for killing everyone? tyrese was the one being a jerk.

anyway, i'm probably reading way too far into this. in my opinion, it was good, but not great.

i didn't follow the video either.

I guess she was trying to imply that most people in the restaurant were selfish and greedy (like when Beyonce said, "I knew you'd take all me honey.") and deserved to die in a way. It's not to be taken for it's literal story line, but it's another way of saying "what goes around comes around."
