BSB just got most of the votes, their fan base was all over this, so I’m not surprised. We should be happy that Hanson was nominated.
They did an interview with Zac Hanson back in May.

In addition to more than a dozen feature articles (ranging in length from four to 14 pages)
ND returns Oct. 15 as a biannual bookazine. The format is essentially the same, and the writers' bylines are familiar. The subjects still reflect the diversity of Americana, from pop act Hanson to cover story artists Washburn and the Sparrow Quartet.

Popstars is a competition like idols, only the winners will form a band. Yesterday people were divided in groups of 3 people. Each group had to choose between 2 songs, one of those songs they had to perform as a trio. You had to make a quick decision because only two groups could perform the same song (MMMBop). They also showed little pieces of the MMMBop video. They did get to learn the lyrics, but forgot them during their performance. They only had 3 hours to practice.
The first group: 3 guys. Second group: 2 girls and 1 guy.
The first group was so excited to perform MMMBop, that I felt bad that they sucked. One of them started to sing too soon, the other 2 got confused over that. They only showed parts of their performance, so the only sentence I can tell they had right was Plant a seed, plant a flower, plant a rose. One of the guys wasn’t even singing words.
The second group, did sound nice, but they also did not know the lyrics. One girl said that she felt bad about having to make up the lyrics and then a woman said “I didn’t notice” and then the girl said “that’s because people can’t make out the words in the original either.” Than the woman said: they only sing MMMBop anyway (the entire song)
Judges said:
Group 1: they end was better than the beginning, that’s all I have to say. Group 2: very well done, nice geography and it sounded good too.

I wonder if they will say (in the announcement) something about Taylor being so far behind this time, when he won the poll twice before. Well, at least Taylor still holds the record for winning twice.

Ze heeft een afwijking waardoor ze niet normaal kan reageren. Sommige mensen zeggen dat het niets met haar afwijking (de afwijking die zij opgeeft) te maken heeft, maar hoe dan ook, ze is niet in staat om normaal te typen. Ze schijnt wel heel lief te zijn en bijna iedereen weet dat ze iets mankeert en daarom zijn ze aardig tegen haar. Lees haar profiel, daar staat uitleg over wat ze heeft. En die in onze ogen rare zinnen zijn voor haar een vorm van poëzie.
