In Australia their songs never seem to play on the radio :( 'Tis rather sad!! Apart from 1997-2001 probs...I hadnt heard much. Or maybe I just didnt know as I went a long time where I didnt listen to them.

But I got all excited a few weeks ago when I heard this time around in a supermarket haha. It wasnt even in a main city, but a small country town about 2 hours from melbourne...

My friends thought i was a little odd. stopped looking at what we were buying and listened...half dancing rofl

I'm hoping to get the 2008 kit as well, as really, once 2009 comes around its not exactly possible to get the 2008 one. I don't wanna miss anymore than I have already! (ie every other years kit!)

So basically then I could have 2008 AND 2009. Ie one more kit...if I'm making sense?

I never knew how far it was around. I've only walked the full distance once. YEARS ago. Back in the days when we used to sail with our friends heaps there :)

It would seem silly to only do like half way around; but then, almost 5km is a lot. I dunno! Haha!

I just hope its not TOO hot that day. January can have its very hot days!! Sure, walking in like 35C plus would be hard in terms of energy, but haha, imagine the concrete? We'd all have to walk on the grass instead haha! Poor bare feet!

Someone above said that if you joined now and then re-did your membership at the start of '09 when the new membership kits came out you'd still get 2 years worth? that true?

So if I say joined for example Dec 20 (random date) and then say March next year joined again; I'd get to Dec 20 2010? ie 2 years even though I renew before the first year is up (lol and well before)

Just cuz I want the '08 one too; so I'll get it in like a wk and it'd be so hard to wait till end next year while everyone else is enjoying membership kits earlier!

Also; I'll randomly ask that here too; when they send packages/merchandise/membership kits what do they come in? Is it a plain envelope or their logo? It'd be cool if it had their logo...

I'm just about to order a tonne of stuff with the membership kit...why its taking a while to get it; postage is so much that I save if I buy more at once on the postage :)
