I checked out their myspace when I heard they were opening for Hanson and I liked their music so I ordered their CD and now I'm completely hooked. Is anyone else as obsessed as I am now? Has anyone seen them perform yet? Are they good live? She counts the time 'til her heart breaks, just waiting for her next mistake. And she says, "Please...watch over me." |

I saw them on Wed. Oct. 1st,2008 opening up at the Hanson concert. I really liked them. They were so good.
"Life's when you start to live. Love's when you learn to give." Saw Hanson 10/8/07:) 1st Concert ever!! 2nd concert:10/1/08 Met Hanson-Oct.1st/2nd,2008 I hugged Taylor-10-1-08. (He gives the best hugs) Isaac is really nice and Zac has a great smile.

I also checked them out before attending the show so that I have a good idea. I love their stuff! I'm in a brit-pop/grunge/retro rock n' roll phase right now, but that got totally overshadowed by EBE's fresh power-pop/alt sound. :) I went to the Charlotte show in hopes of meeting one of the Hanson brothers but ended up meeting Carrick Gerety Moore and fell in love in the process. <3 I love how excellent an artist he is. He graduated with a degree in Art and Animation from Harvard and you could see a sample of his amazing artwork on the Everybody Else album cover [the first one], and also on his myspace [/carrickart]. He's extremely talented: singer, musician, songwriter, artist, writer, blogger... Whoa. Anyway, they are amazing guys and I'm so glad that I met at least one of them. love love love their music. I started listening a few months ago, and I am really ticked that i didnt even bother going to listen to them when Zac posted to a couple of years ago (my attempt to not be a 'hanson sheep') I envy those smart enough to discober them sooner.

I adore Carrick. I really enjoyed talking to Mikey though, after the Louisville show. They're just such down to earth guys and they really know how to put out a catchy song. I got their CD for my birthday and it's off the hook. Usually I'll through a phase of liking a band and then I'll kind of push them by the wayside, but I definately think I'll be a fan of Everybody Else's for a long time to come.
I had no idea that Carrick graduated from Harvard. That's so impressive though!

<3 them. seriously. Same here! I mean, I checked out their MySpace probably almost a year ago, but never really gave them a good listen... I SERIOUSLY WISH I HAD because I <3 them soooooo much!
They are GREAT live! I just wish more of the crowd would've gotten into them at the shows I attended... :( |

i LOVE ebe!! i can't get enough. they're actually a big part of my motivation to go to the chicago shows. i love carrick's voice, and the music just makes you move. i don't see how anyone can keep from dancing and moving...yet people just stand there with a village of the damned look on their faces while ebe rocks out.
BETH-as if i needed any more motivation to come to chicago! an even more massive group of dancing/singing people!? i'm in.lol
