hopefully i'll be able to work things out so i can make it to this walk. i always have a hard time getting weekends off. but i'll try my best cuz i really want to go to this. it sounds like it will be a lot of fun.

i wanted to inform everyone here that i have some general info on a really good walk realted idea i have info on a group called samaritan's feet the man that started that group has this amazing story on his life and how a pair of shoes changed his world... he now works out of NC and is planning this amazing walk in october... i thought that maybe if it was okay with everyone who is involved with the new england walk that i would submit the info and set it up that we can maybe be associated with samaritan's feet...

the general concept of samaritan's feet is similar to toms shoes where its a pair of shoes for a child who doesnt have any but the difference is you donate new tennis shoes and then they get sent to the main office in NC and then the man who started this group goes to places in africa where he is from and donated the shoes

they state on their website that their goal is to give 10 million poverty strucken children 10 million pairs of shoes in the span of 10 years they have it mapped out on their site all the places they are planning on giving out shoes

i would love for our walk to not only be indirectly related to hanson and their efforts but to also help more children and expand on what it means to give and maybe make a difference in the lives of more children...

i thought that if we do the walk in november that we could also ask for donations of tennis shoes and we can then send them to samaritan's feet

i would love to know what you all think about this idea

sooooooooooooo I haven't been on lately but I am still waiting to hear back from freakin fanueil Hall! they said it seems ok but now they need our exact route mapped out. I t=say screw em and show up!! lol its a public place. i got my kit in the mail today too. the banner is just a poster. so i guess i can attached it to cardboard or something.

2ndly, do u know when you are showing up for the prov show yet? I talked to Davey yesterday and he said they were trying to get Hanson in AT pro fm but the Walk foiled the plans so they are just going to do what they did last year and do the interview at Lupo's, I will assume between the walk and the meet and greet.

hahhaha Pro fm is on like no man lands.......lol i had the hardest time fidning that place the first time. thats where I m eet Hanson my frist time. i won a meet and greet to go into the studio in 2000. and we got soooo lost finding the studio.

and sure davey i know hanson so well lets call em up and tell em to move the walk hahaha

and I like Susan more but people mainly call  me Sue so either is fine.....as long as its not Susie hahaha
